5 Easy Steps The QuickEvac™ system allows your technician to perform a complete engine oil and filter change in less than 20 minutes, no matter what sized machine you own. The five easy steps are all safely done from a single service point. |

1. Purge oil filters Disconnect the line-to-oil filter at the QuickEvac™ system bracket, connect a compressed air line, and apply air through the filter. After about 10 seconds, remove the air line from the line-to-oil filter – filters are empty and ready for removal without spills. |
2. Evacuate the sump Connect the hose assembly service tools from the PM truck’s waster line or the manual service tool to the QuickEvac™ system pump’s quick disconnect fitting. Switch on the pump and evacuate the engine, which is typically completed in less than 60 seconds. |
3. Change the filter Remove the used oil filter and replace with new filter. Do not pre-fill with fresh oil. The QuickEvac™ system automatically fills the filter and engine oil correctly, fully filtering the new oil and pressurizing the engine as part of the refill. |
4. Fill new filter and engine with new filtered oil Connect your clean oil fill to the line-to-oil filter. Fill with clean oil. Verify the oil level in the sump with the dipstick, without starting the engine, and adjust, if needed. |
5. Reconnect the QuickEvac™ line Reconnect the line-to-oil filter at the QuickEvac™ bracket. Your engine will be automatically prelubricated and ready to start. |
