Protection from the start
Lubrication is the lifeblood of diesel engines, especially for today's high-performance, fast-starting engines. You can stop dry start wear by ensuring full oil pressure from turbo to crankshaft with the QuickEvac™ system that delivers up to 40 gallons of oil per minute! Every time the engine starts, the QuickEvac™ system automatically, safely and rapidly prelubricates the complete engine and all oil passages before cranking can begin.
Don't worry if someone forgets to put oil in the engine. The QuickEvac™ system's failsafe "no oil, no start" feature prevents the engine from cranking. Because the QuickEvac™ system provides technicians with live dip-stick reads on fills, they don't need to start the engine to verify fill levels.
Independent testing by the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas shows that under typical start-up conditions, prelubrication reduces engine bearing and ring wear by up to 60 percent.
